About Cambridge Cape Cod Advisors…Commitment to Implementing Proven Investment Strategies
Gregory C. Fenton, CFP, has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services business, primarily managing the assets and tax situations of high net worth individuals. Mr. Fenton earned his accounting degree from Bowling Green University in 1980.
In 1990, Mr. Fenton earned the professional credential, Certified Financial Planner.
In 1996, frustrated by the conflict of interest inherent in a commission-based sales environment, he founded Cambridge Cape Cod Advisors, a fee-only registered investment firm, so that he could devote his entire attention to providing clients objective, unbiased advice.
His investment philosophy is derived from his study of modern portfolio theory. By utilizing “institution only” asset class mutual funds from Dimensional Fund Advisors and Vanguard, Cambridge Cape Cod Advisors is able to implement proven investment strategies that are not usually accessible to retail investors.
“In every aspect of our work, we make an uncompromising commitment to provide world class service and to meet every client’s highly individualized wealth management needs.” —Gregory c. Fenton, CFP
“I play several roles in my client’s life: Philosopher
(the person who asks the tough questions), Strategist (the person who
outlines the complex tax or estate planning strategies to move a client
forward), Capitalist (the person who encourages and helps clients make
money), and Source of inspiration (the person who helps clients bring
out the best in themselves).”
